At the heart of our ExB Architecture lies an exclusive decision model developed by F.R.A. - Excellence Benefits Architects®, wearing the acronym DIPICA. Each letter of this word stands for a key moment in the decision making process.
Design, study and definition.
At this phase in the Architecture the preliminary inquiries are behind us, and we are focusing on the solutions. The data of our research are poured into our DIPICA intelligence® tool leading to a series of hypothetical benefit designs.
Instrument analysis and choice.
To realise the benefits we always need to investigate the juridical context and options. This gives us and you a better perspective when we eventually choose the best suited solution.
Provider survey and selection.
For the actualization of the benefits we will need to contact providers, presenting them a detailed requisition. Their response to this comprehensive survey is our guide when selecting the most appropriate provider.
Implementation Plan & SLA.
This is a pivotal part: here we effectively implement the plan, adding a Service Level Agreement for each party involved.
Communication Strategy.
